Is it bad to copy entity? Like light entity? So I don't have to go 1 by 1? Or does it cause like entity leaks? And is it better to just go 1 by 1?

Copying them has worked just fine for me so far.
Not sure why it would cause any errors/leaks.

Its better it insures that every entity is exactly the same. It won't cause errors, and for the most part, will reduce errors.
