Ok I don't really care about online play, my internet is too slow ( 52k ).And thats why I also can't download anything. Thats why I hoped one of you guys could help me.

Can't you read you Hill Billy. There is no such thing as broadband availabe where I live. Why do you think I'm trying to get someone else to help me update steam or get me Counter-strike 1.6.  ( You are the most idiotic duck I've ever heard of. )

The thing is regardless of whether you get it through Steam or download it as an attachment at some point you will have to download it... CS isn't that big though (perhaps it is on 56k though).

Ok id am busy downloading cs 1.6 I get 1% per day. but steam is working now but only I think it is when I run steam it says steam is already running but I can't see where so if I can't see where I can't download source sdk.
