No, there are wads that have those textures though.

To make them see through they have to have a blue background and you need to make it a func_wall with Render Mode: Solid and the thing after that 255

Use a texture starting with {

And make it a:

func_wall or
func_breakable or
func_door_rotating or
func_illusionary (with CLIP)

And set:

RenderMode = Solid
FXAmount = 255

There are a lot of good fence textures in halflife.wad.
