Yes, but it won't do anything. Hints are only useful for dividing vis leafs. And if you don't know what that means, don't use them.

I know what Hint brushes do. I've done my reading. But nothing says whether or not you will benefit from having hint brushes outside the world.

I was more refering to yesterday when you told me using hint and skip brushes wouldn't help me with with vis part of my map

It wont.

Your map is a giant box, which means from almost every leaf there is a straight line to another leaf. This means that Hint Brushes wont do anything.

Correct.

I want the T spawn (orange) to not be visible by the B bombsite (blue).

How do I accomplish this?

It appears in your map there are no leafs that can see into both areas, so you shouldn't need any hint brushes.

With no leaks you should already have perfect vis-blocking.
