1st of all, I think you need zhlt.wad in your ZHLT folder. To load a wad in Hammer, go to Tools-> Textures-> ADD WAD.

yeah make a texture with wally that is a writing or whatever is it you want im just saying alternatives

you can make text .wads , game_text , or construct letters out of brushes
