well yeah, we'd need to know your system specs first... and if you are only managing 15 frames per second on CS 1.6 something is going wrong somewhere.

Your processor speed, the amount of RAM you have, your graphics card type... Also free HDD space I suppose, but that isn't too important.

Also if you have a lot of other programs running at the same time as CS this could cause problems.

i main thing i wonted is to know commands to tipe in when your in the game like i now one is "fps_max 100"

my grfixcard if "GeForce FX 5200" and i have nothing running with steam i get about 30 to 15 fps not good for cal :P

ooo and how do i get a avetar or my pic in there.

Last bit- through 'me' at the top. Console commands can help with getting better framerates but I really don't think that one of them is causing the issue here. In your 'video' settings tab of CS, what is the render mode set to? I'd advise going for D3D, that helped my performance here by... crazy amounts. Also if you could find out your processor speed, ram and OS that might help too if the D3D option doesn't help.

yea i have mine on D3D idk how to make it better dut its ok as long as i can still shot pepales heads off.

no i dont have no virises my computer its proble just to cheep its a 200$ computer from walmart

Ummm, I suppose you could check your drivers, make sure that they're the latest version. Also if it was that cheap you might have processor/memory issues, but we can't say until you tell us what you have...
