Ive noticed many Half-Life type entities so im guessing you should be able to.

Yes. You just need to set up a Game config for HL instead of CS. Hammer supports as many game configs as you want.
Click on Tools -> Options -> Game Configurations (tab)
You'll see your CS config already there.
Click the top Edit button and add "HL" or "Half-Life" or whatevre you want to call it.
Close that popup, and change the top dropdown from CS to HL.
Now add the HL FGD file under "Game Data Files" (you got one in wherever you installed hammer)
That's it!
Now when you create/open a map, it will ask if it is for HL or CS.
Almost everything should be the same. HL just has some more single-player related stuff like monsters and level-transition stuff.

Launch HL though steam. Then open the console and type:
map yourmapname
to load it. You might have to enable the console in the keyboard config menu first. Or you might have to go to advanced launch options for HL (right click on Half-Life in your Steam games list) and add -dev -console. That's also a good thing to add in the advanced launch options for CS.

i tested it in create server and- i think i seted sky texture on up but... same texture like other. i am sure i puted sky texture on up...

ups sorry im lol. i just puted sky and other texture in up and other texture ingnored sky.now i fixed it. but now- what item put for clothes. i need to see my health and armor

again i fixed item_suit for this.
but now really question: about lights. i know i can make lights on block just making fx color. but i hate making it on all blocks. is there any faster way to make lights on blocks
like group or same name?

What do you mean about "lights on block"
I have no idea what you mean.
And I've never built a level transition before so I'm not sure I can help you there either.

Well .. Ive some ideas... Create your home with "HL" base textures, or something, make some streets.. make a hotel conception for your map... even try to make a car saloon, and simulate it like de_rats, but just with half-life textures... actualy you can create everything... Make your table like a base... add triggers and pipes... go to trigger and the pipe blow up, then water lifting and you must find the hole in the top of your base, if not.. YOUR DEAD 
I want to make a HL mod! Doing everythig with HL except coding C++ | its not interesting to work alone
