It looks like your ZHLT folder is not on the same hard drive as cstrike.wad.
If you have Counter-Strike installed on (E:), ZHLT should be on the same disk.

And yes, it is normal that it says 'BSP'. You see, BSP is the map's format after compiling.
May contain traces of invisible text.
