I'm no expert, but my guess would be that you used too many textures. It lets you join, because you already have all of them. But nobody else can join, because the amount/size of the files they would have to download is too big.

some other people can, but this specific guy cant... dunno why, and i send him the file, he deosnt download from the sevrer.

Haven't you considered it may be the problem of you friend??? Cause you say only one guy can't join.

Just tell him to fuck off and fix his own problem.
