hlvis: Error: Portal file 'mapname.prt' does not exist, cannot vis the map

This has been discussed before. I'm not sure what the fix is though.

Update.."Warning: No entities exist in hull 0, no filling performed for this hull" I guess thats the error, but how to fix this?

Open your .bat file... I think you didn't replace the word mapname with your map's name all 6 times.

No entities means you don't have spawn points (make sure it's for BOTH teams) or lights.

also : if you do have spawn points and lights (entities) then check if there not touching any solid objects
and it the .bat file check thoroughly the mapname it might be 1 misplaced letter
