I wondered is there a way i can change my server from secure to non-secure, i file in my ftp or if i can make it in the game?
Is there any ways?  Tell me!

Easy as pie!
Got to My Computer, select the harddrive you want secured. Now hit Shift+Delete. You may get a few warnings, that's fine, just hit Enter a lot until the warnings go away.
