Create an entity and make it a game_text (In it's properties you can set what it'll say and other things). Name the game_text entity "GRIM".
Now make a brush. In this brush's area, you will see the text. Turn it into a trigger_multiple and in it's properties set target to "GRIM". And i think the trigger_multiple needs the aaatrigger texture on it.
Yup.
May contain traces of invisible text.
