fix up the grammer though. "i didnt expect he flies that far" doesnt make sense. change it to"i didnt expect him to fly that far"

i dont like signatures. although there are some good ones out there

"I didn't expect him flying that far" would work too, wouldn't it?

Not really. The word expect usually goes with "that" or "to", like:
To expect that [something would happen].
or
To expect [someone] to [do something].

These are all correct:

"I didn't expect him to fly that far."
Most likely what someone would say

"I didn't expect that he would fly that far."
Correct, but too many words

"I didn't expect he'd fly that far."
Dropping the "that" and contracting the "would", this one is ok

"I didn't foresee him flying that far."
If you really want to say "him flying that far", but who says "foresee"?

I guess I'll use this one, it sounds similiar to the current one, so I don't have to record and animate the lips again.
