Compiling problem (im new) please help in Hammer Mapping
I meant to say ORIGIN texture. Sorry for the confusion but when I use the ORIGIN texture it does not let me compile and when I dont use it, it sends my door way over the Z-axis because I can't set a new origin point for it to revolve around.

Hey, I have another problem maybe you can help me.
I'm making a door but when i use to origin clip my map doesnt compile and if I take the origin clip out whenever you walk through my door it goes to the Z-axis and comes back later. Can I stop this or set and origin point that will compile?

Thanks. I couldn't get the CTRL + W to work but deleting the CLIP texture did work. Could you fix the tutorial?

i keep pressing ctrl + w (while the clip texture is selected) and its not doing anything...i aslo used the map->go to brush function and it is in fact my clip texture....is it possible to make the ladder without this texture because it is annoying me.

well im trying to make a ladder in my map and it says to use the texture " aaatrigger" or something like that and then use clip and change the functions.....but wen i compile using the func_ladder tutorial i get an error
