without using blocks
you can make textures with wally

with wally you can make a picture into a texture in a .wad file
you put the wad in hammer and there you go

you need some kind of drawing / picture editing program to make some pictures that you can lode into wally

paint is good if you only want to make text

When I clicked on run it said WinZip not found on your system and it told me t download it.
