I made a map for counter strike and this time it said
WARNING: couldn't open cstrike[1].wad

is there any way to fix it?

Maybe you add "cstrike[1].wad" to somewhere, and as i know there is only cstrike.wad .

I want to make a HL mod! Doing everythig with HL except coding C++ | its not interesting to work alone

in \cstrike folder must be "cstrike.wad" not cstrike[1].wad ..

The file should be called cstrike.wad, I'm not sure where the [1] is coming from there.

Check your Wad list in Hammer's Tools->Options window.
