Sup...i have made some lights but now i want to add a switch to them so people can turn the lights on and off will you tell me how to do this please....unless you want to add to (get learned)

I haven't actually done this before. But it should work like this:

Create a light and name it peter

Create a func_button and target it at peter

Don't forget to set the properties/flags of each so they act how you want.

ok sup now i have the problem of when my switches are pressed they move i.e 1 slides to side and 1 slides into wall

any suggestions

I'd disagree but I don't even have Hammer anymore. I'm just doing this all off the top of my head.
