Is there a way to decompile a source map (is it still bsp?) into a .rmf or .map?

They are still BSPs. I don't know if there are tools to decompile those.
I give a little into the moment like I'm standing at the edge (I know)

Source maps usually have a lot of meshes, which can't be represented in Goldsource. I wouldn't be surprised if a Goldsource BSP decompiler got you
sooooomething
