Aight I pretty much have my map made, everthings set, it's good to go. Runs fine without it being closed off (no roof, no sky, no lighting). I add my roof and sky and few lights around the map.

Now, whenever I compile it, it takes a lot longer, and on top of that, when you're in the game it looks like someone just threw a flashbang and you can't see that well (everythings fuzzy).

Help anyone?

You mean your map is too bright? Maybe you put too many lights. That could also be why it takes a while to compile.

I guess? I set 4 small red lights in the top right corners (its a box). And it turns out like right when you get flash-banged color and its fuzzy and pixely.

It works fine without adding a sky and roof and whatnot...

If you want I can upload the bsp real quick and you can see for yourself

You put to many lights, How big is your box?

Correct lighting is about 4 lights for a map about the size of aim_map.. About 8 for awp_map (Depending where you place them and with default brightness)
