I want to change the screen resolution from 1360x768 to 1440x900. Having 1440x900 would make my dualscreen work alot better (since the other screen is 1280x1024 it would make it more realistic on proportions).

I get the shitty "input not supported" before having to make the screen 1360x768 again. Is there a way to fix that?

Extra note: I tried to change my Update frequency to 85 Hz since Windows says I can use that. I can't and I get the "input not supported" again.

According to ATI Catalyst Control Center my screen has some serious personality issues and using that I can't either make the screen bigger.

Help me!

Some screens just don't support some resolutions. My TV only accepts 1366x768 and 1920x1080 for example. It barfs on everything else.

Your only hope is that it is a driver issue and the hardware really can support it so check for updates.

I need step by step instructions to how to check/update drivers. A link would work fine.

I'd be grateful if you'd mark the names of whatever I have to open. My computer is sadly not in English. I mean like Control Panel etc.

I was messing around in settings. Now my widescreen can handle 1280x1024 but not 1360x768. I'm posting this here before I try downloading and fixing the drivers.
