How can I run the map in VHT

When I try to do it, a box pop up and nothing happens

I really need to know so that I can see how the map looks like in VHT and not make a .BSP file just to watch the map

You should be able to fly around the map in the 3D viewport using the mouse as detailed in the tutorial.
I give a little into the moment like I'm standing at the edge (I know)

Yes, I'am flying around in the map, but if you press F9 a run windows pops up, but I can't run the map

you mean run as in compile a map? It's possible but it's not recommendable. Use the .bat file instead.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

The tools that come with VHE will compile the map and run it in CS, which is to say, it will create the BSP.
