The blocks you build stuff out of are called brushes. No one knows why -- they just are.

You may not have placed them outside the world but they ended up there. When you saved to .MAP

Open the .MAP directly in Hammer and look for any huge giant "EXPLODED" brushes and delete them. This happens when you make weird shapes that make Hammer wig out.

Really thin objects could cause a problem. You should avoid that.

Also if you have anything very close to the edge of the map that may cause problems too.

You will know if your .map brushes are exploded because they will be infinitely large in one or more directions.

Use the armoury_entity.

You may need the CS Expert FGD: http://www.superjer.com/fgd.php

The armoury_entity is in that FGD so you may not be installing it right. They are not in alphabetical order or anything.

And it won't get rid of the automatic buyzones around your start points. You can place your own func_buyzones to prevent the automatic ones.

I don't know what's going on but if you were installing it right, it would be in the list.

I'm not sure if it's ok to have more than one FGD so maybe avoid that.

Not sure what else it could be...
