i tried to create an arch.
useing the serch in the site i found 2 ways to create an arch or a rounded gate (like in de dust...).

1) the "VT" tool (didnt work for me coz when i use this tool every thing ends up looking kide of like my ass or something...)

2) i heared thers some sort of craveing tool but i didnt find it :(

can any one upload a .RMF file that has an arch so i can copy it or something?

There is an arch tool in Hammer.

It is part of the block creation tool. Just choose 'arch' instead of 'block' when using the tool.

sry for being such a dumbass noob but how do i select "arch" in the block creation tool or anything in an ather tool for that matter...

Click on the block creation tool and look to the right.

On the lowest panel (by default) that starts with "Move selected:" there should be a list box called Objects:

It has all these options in it (try them!):

block
wedge
cylinder
spike
