1. Create a cylinder
When Brush tool is selected, on the bottom-right of your screen there should be 2 drop-down lists: Categories and Objects. Set them to Primitives and Cylinder, respectively. Now you can click and drag on a 2D view to make the cylinder.
3. Select the cylinder and right-click it (in 2D view). Now select Hollow. You might want to use a negative thickness for your cylinder because players need to walk through, so you need it to be as wide as possible.
3.. Making a hollow cylinder gives you 10 grouped brushes, 2 of which you do not need (the bases).
4. Ungroup (Right-click the cylinder--> Ungroup) your 10 brushes, delete the bases, and group the remaining 8.
