It doesn't exist.
And about animated textures, it's dead simple. You create a texture and name it +0 name then you create the next texture in the animation and name it +1 name, next one +2 name, +3 name, +4 name...
It's important that all the textures have the exact same name, but they of course have different numbers in the beginning along with a plus sign(its start at +0 and can go up to a maximum of +9, but you don't necessarily have to go all the way to the highest number).
Then in the editor you cover a brush with the +0 name (the first one) and in-game it will loop through all your other textures.
