1.)Go to paypal
2.)Follow instructions on paypal


And nobody is gonna give you one, cuz you need to use your name and whatnot to sign up. Also, if your not 18 then I wouldn't do it (you can lie about your age, but if you ever wanna link your bank to it later on, it will say the ages don't match and you will have to cancel your account)
So if your 18, give someone some cash irl and have them use their paypal.

You don't need a bank account to have a paypal.
But if you don't connect your paypal to a bank account, you're gonna have to sell something and have someone pay to your paypal so that you have money to spend.

Like I said, you don't need to connect it to a bank. Now you need to find a way to get money into your paypal account so you can use it to pay for stuff (sell something and have the buyer pay with paypal)
