you don't need a file named origin, you need a brush that has an origin texture. The door will then rotate around the brush with the origin texture.
I'm not sure in which wad file the origin texture is, but I'm guessing it's in halflife.wad.
The texture looks green in the editor but the brush with the origin texture will be invisible ingame.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.
