You'd have to model her. Or you can download models from different websites, though I doubt they have your mother there.
I can tell you how to make a model and give you a tutorial if you want but modeling something that detailed is going to be tough.

If you decide to just download the model (again, you need a .mdl file), it's quite easy to use it for hostages but I don't think you can use just anything (e.g. I don't think you can use a crate for hostages). My guess is that it has to have a certain kind of animation. But don't worry about that, just try them out.

Anyway, first put your .mdl file into the models folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike\cstrike\models).
Now just open the properties of the hostage_entity and go to the 'Model' property, then click the '...' and find your .mdl file. Open it and then make sure the pathfile starts with 'models\'.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

I made a really big map. Every question I ever asked was about that map. It worked until I made it just a little more bigger. Could I upload you the .rmf file just to see what's causing the problem? I start the game. Starting local game server............ CRASH. Again. Again. Annoying.
I would really appreciate if you would take a look.

Well, this engine isn't really made for large maps. It might be that the map is too large. Or maybe you just screwed something up.

Also if you've used any models (.mdl)/sounds (.wav)/sprites (.spr) in your map, check SRAW's post in here.

Otherwise just upload your map to speedyshare.

Holy cow! It lags my hammer like hell. Also I don't have the wads that you used so it's a bit annoying because everything is white.

But I do get an 'invalid solid structure' error in ALT+P error report (aside from a hundred 'invalid texture' errors though those are probably caused by my lack of wads).

So press ALT+P, select where it says 'invalid solid structure' and press go to. Now delete the bursh that gets selected (it's the one next to the stairs I think) and remake it. I can't be sure what exactly is wrong with it because it lags my hammer so much I can't even check it out even if I move it outside the map.

I used cs_office.wad, czcs_italy.wad, cstrike.wad, czcs_office.wad, czde_airstrip.wad, czde_fastline.wad, czde_inferno.wad, czde_piranesi.wad, tex.wad, zhlt.wad. Made a big pack, where I put all of these and named it zhltt.wad. Check and tell me which one of them you want me to upload. I couldn't find the mistake, tried ALT+P... When I start cstrike.exe, I choose a new server option and start my map. That's when it returns me to main menu. The game doesn't crash actually.

You have 10 wads loaded? That could cause problems, 8 is the maximum. Remove unused wads or merge some of them (see the last post in the FAQ).

No no... I merged all of them in a file zhltt.wad. I don't get it really... Now I tried once more and it started loading, but it took a little longer than before. It opened Main menu again. Please try to fix this... :(

I'd suggest trying to load your map in CounterStrike then, when it throws you to the menu, looking at the console (press the backquote key or whichever one you have enabled through the options menu). Then Google whichever errors you might have.
