A missing file required to play your map but not in your CS?

Possibly.. I'm not sure really

it probably failed to cache a file required for ur map, like a model, since it may exceed the number of entities(like i was using monstermod and the caching failed cause i loaded to much entities)

the -zone 1024 parameter does nothing i believe, but -heapsize works

It sounds like you are running out of memory. Increase the swapfile size or get a RAM upgrade (SRAW said "if you have a good computer", I'm not sure yours falls into this category).
