I can find the 'mapname' bat DOS exe file when i renameing the mapname-s, and my folder title in this stuff:

@echo off
hlcsg -nowadtextures mapname
hlbsp mapname
hlvis mapname
hlrad mapname
copy mapname.bsp "C:\half-life\cstrike\maps"
cd C:\half-life
pause
hl -dev -console -game cstrike +sv_cheats 1 +map mapname

You have to save down the text-file as a .bat-file: "File" ---> "Save As...", "File name" should be whatever.bat and "Save as type" has to be set to All Files
