How do I transfer my halo profiles to another computer?

I'd assume you would copy what is in:

C:\Documents and Settings\"Your Login"\My Documents\My Games\Halo

to your other computer. Assuming this is on XP... and assuming that is really where all the profile stuff is. I've never done it so I wouldn't know but there IS a folder called player_profiles or something.
