I'm not sure about this one but..
I would make a brush with aaa trigger
on the side you want to shoot
set it to func_button
target the door

You can just make the func_door's Health property non-zero, I think. The higher the number you put in, the more damage it will take before it opens (if you want any gun to open it in one shot, put 1 here).

...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.
