Ok so i downloaded a vehicle thing but how do i copy it from one screen to another on hammer editor 3.4

and yes the vehicle works i tested it, i just have 2 windows up both valve Hammmer editor and i want to copy the vehicle from one screen to another.

Select all the parts you want to copy, press Ctrl+C, open up the other map-file and press Ctrl+V.

Well thats what i did i selected my car and then i hit Ctrl+C then i opend up the other map and i hit Ctrl+V and nothing happend so then i went up to edit and tryed to paste it that way but it didnt work.

Open 2 maps in Hammer at the same time, don't open Hammer twice.
