hi im having a problem finding the wad beacause i got steam and i cant find or where i can download it for free? because in the wadfather i have to pay :S i hope u can help

Is it a specific WAD? Try googling for it, I'm sure you'll find it for free.

Also, cstrike-planet.net has lots of free WADs.

If you want the standard wads that comes with the game, they're inside counter-strike.gcf(in your SteamApps-folder). You need a program like GCFScape to open and extract files from it.
