I want to make the circle that is on all the bomb sites...
But i cant find the file

can some1 please say how or where to get it?

It's a decal that can be found in decals.wad.

If you're using Steam-version of CS decals.wad can be found in counter-strike.gcf, you'll need a program like GCFScape to extract it.

it looks grey,but if u apply it as a decal, it will appear red ingame
