in the superjer guide on hammer it saysthat u have to see ut brush in that solid 3d like shape but mine is only outlined in blue lines! help

Click where it says camera in the top left of the 3d window.

Choose 3D solid or textured.

ok thanx but i also have anohter problem, ive gone thru the whole guide and i ahve to compile, and i think i downloaded the wrong ZHLT. the link in ur guide takes u to teh page where it should be but i cant download it it goes to cannot find page or wutever. so i searched for zhlt on google and downloaded wut i think is it. but when i have to put a new text document in the folder, and i name is first map.bat, it changes from a text document to a MS-DOS batch file :S and i cant write in it. help?

ok nvm i got it to work dont mind the comment above...but when i press any key to continue after checking if there is an error file it loads cs but it doesnt load my map it just takes me to the main menu.....does ur map name have to be without spaces and with underscores?

ok nvm i got my map to load on cs but i cant choose my side and there isnt anything on the screen but i can hear my footsteps! what did i do wrong?

Try starting a new game on your map.

You can't choose team because you are in single player mode, which is sometimes better for testing because you can use cheats like noclip.

Also make sure you have CT and T starts (info_player_start and info_player_deathmatch)

Make sure your starts ARE INSIDE you map and your map is big enough to fit the player in it.
