Glass
1. Make a brush the size and shape of the pane of glass you want.
2. Apply a glass-like texture to it.
3. Select the brush and hit Ctrl+T. Make it a func_breakable.
4. Open the glass' properties (Alt+Enter) and set:
A) rendermode = texture
B) fxamount = a number between 0-255 (0 is invisible; 255 is fully-textured)
C) material = glass
That's it! You have glass!
