I started making maps today so this is pretty nooby :P
When i try to run my map it closes my game and says this:

Mod_LoadBrushModel: maps/testmap.bsp has a wrong version number

"Mod_LoadBrushModel:maps/mapname.bsp has wrong version number [571084155 should be 30]" or Mod_LoadBrushModel: Sprites(lgtning.spr has wrong version number (0 should be 30)

Here are a few of the problems that popped up under this situation:
You may have errors in your compile, if not then,
Your pak0pak.pak file may be corrupted?
Maybe the wrong game version?
Wrong WC/Hammer version? Earlier versions of WC were particularly prone to this. Use WC 3.3 or Hammer!
Maybe another compile will make it go away, or not? And make sure you have the most up-to-date version of zoner's compiling tools....
You may have a bad model - like one from another mod or game, or you once installed a custom one? Or you may have a corrupted sprite or model?
Have you installed a patch recently? It might be bad....

Where is your testmap.map?
It can only be in the same directory [folder]
of the compile tools. Try that.

What Cloud was trying to say was go to 'map' click 'entity report'
scroll to your light(s) select one click 'go to' and see if its outside your map repeat for all 'light' entities until you find it.

I cant find my map in my counterstrike. And no I just made another map (its just a room) cause i lost some of the stuff for my other map. Also i cant find the leak :( all i have is 1 ct spawn 1 t spawn and theyre both inside the map.

The light entity mentioned isn't actually the problem (well, it can be in the case that it's outside the map). It's merely a 'helpful' pointer to the actual leak, being the closest entity to the leak's location. Of course "closest" is relevant, the light can be quite far from the leak if there are no other entities in between.

So first of all, make sure you haven't put any entities outside of your map.
If you haven't, then make sure your map has a floor, a ceiling and walls to seal the map without even the tiniest hole. You should not be able to see any of the black void outside from anywhere inside the map.
If you can't find anything, load the pointfile and follow it to the leak as it says in the FAQ.

If you really can't find the leak on your own, upload your map to speedyshare and we'll have a look.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

So, just to clarify, if you try to run this map now, it gives you the Mod_LoadBrushModel error?

If so, try using the 3.4 version of zhlt and see if it works then.

Also which OS do you have? (XP 32/64bit, Vista 32/64bit, other?)

I put 1 T spawn 1 CT spawn and 1 light.

Did you maybe put a big non-hollow cube around the whole map instead of a ceiling, a floor and walls?

Well I got rid of that No entity found thing (as you can see at the bottom) but still i get the same error. :(
