Yeah i was just finishing my map for a beta test. I compiled it, no leaks or anything, and then it came up with the error. It said this

hlvis: Error: Portal file 'ka_box_beta.prt' does not exist, cannot vis the map

please help

Post the contents of your mapname.err. The problem should be explained there.

It gets made in the compile process. Therefore if it wasn't made then something has gone wrong; so give us a swatch of the error file ;)
