I am thinking of creating a small clan with my friends,like 5-6 ppl. What do you thing that i need to do so we can have fun and get a little noticed? We need a server, a website or anything? Do you have any experience on that? Or any information on the topic anyways.

Well you need a name.You need ppl who are actually willing to get on the times you play.The websites optional but it those get you more noticed and its cool to have a site with your cool ass theme song or what not.PPl that may want to join might want info on your clan.or might wanna try to woop your ass.
But if its only going to be 5-6 ppl your prolly dont want to go site unless you want to expand.

Don't try to make your own clan if you don't have any RL friends to join it. Join someone else's. The main goal should be to "be in a clan so you have people to scrim with" not to "have a clan".
In the case of the clan that some people here belong to, we have far more people than are needed for one scrim, because people are commonly unavailable, and we've mostly all met in person. Not that we ever play anymore... but that's how it DID work back when anyone still played CS.

Yea i meant you know like, make a small one with my friends who i hang out with as well. We are some of the best in our area. I dont like the idea of making a global clan. Just us. I have seen like tha CAL open leagues. This a place for competition. Isnt it? 
are we gonna need a server for these things? And i mean steam server.

Well 5-6 ppl is more like a team or a squad.Clan involves more people.And i dont know about your own server.

Havokk, in CS 5 people is the size of a team in league play. It's always 5v5. You can't use more than that at once. It's just difficult to play in a league with no backups because things happen and people can't play when they say they can. Scheduled games require a couple backups.
