Post the contents of your batch file, and let us know the steps you are going through to do the compilation.
I doubt anyone here is going to compile it for you, but we'd be glad to help you through the process.

I'm gonna go ahead and assume your using a pirated version of cs.
If thats the case, the map probably compiled jsut fine, and is perfectly playable, but cs for whatever reason won't run it right from the whole batch-file-process... I ran into the same shit back when I was mapping.
Basically what I did though is set up my own server and go about testing the maps that way. It gets a bit tedious sometimes, but thats the only thing I could think of to do.
Other than that, maybe try getting a different version of cs.
Or if your copy isn't pirated, then everything I just said is most-likely completely irrelevant, and won't help at all

What error does it give you?

Maybe it's something wrong with your compile log, can your cs start other maps, like de_dust2?

Post your compile log (the NameOfYourMapHere.log file in your zhlt folder).
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

Hmm.. compile log seems fine. Can you re-upload that error pic to tinypic.com or imageshack.us?
Where are you from btw?
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

Upload the .bsp file and the wad files to http://www.speedyshare.com .

That is Windows's generic error message, it doesn't help any.
Have you gone into the event viewer to see why you get this message?
Jus' ran the map, and it closes back to the main CS screen on mine.
So you have two options:
1) Upload your map and let us see it
2) Open up your event viewer and check for problems.
How to Open the Event Viewer
I can tell you are in Windows 7 so:
Firstly run Counter-Strike right before you do this.
Go to Start-->Control Panel
Click System and Security
Go down to Administrative Tools
Then click view event logs
When inside the event viewer:
Go to the left most pane
Click open the Windows Logs
Then click on Application
It should be the first one (it could be the second or third)
It will most likely be denoted with a red icon with an X on it.
Then tell us what it says.
Actually you should do both.

Well your batch file seems fine.
You are going to wait for someone who has Hammer already installed to look at your rmf, I am not reinstalling it.

You textured the ceiling with aaatrigger. Change that to another texture (it can be the sky texture if you want an open map). I have no idea why there was no leak error in your compile log.
Also your player spawns are in the floor, move them higher. The spawns mustn't touch anything else.
...and that's the bottom line because Mate de Vita said so.

Done that, still the same problem

Perhaps you should try making a new folder, making the absolute simplest room you can, and try compiling that. No advanced features, everything the brick texture, just nice and easy. Because it's getting weird that it's not working :D
