There's -chart and -estimate that you can use with all the tools, then there's -fast that you can use with hlrad (and maybe with hlvis - not totally sure).

how to make costum textures saved at the bsp file.
so if we share the bsp, it doesnt need the *.wad file.

also -wadinclude wadname1 wadname2 etc. I think
