Worst that happens is they track your e-mail address and send you threatening letters about payment of royalties. On the other hand, maybe nothing will happen. If they get pissed they can easily ask for it to be taken down.

If you got sued for putting stuff on youtube, i will be your lawyer.
Even though youtube says not to put copyrighted stuff on there..they don't really give a shit.I mean i can go watch a full length movie if i wanted to.I can go listen to an artists song from a concert or music video for free.Which leads to why we shouldn't have a law against music downloading cause i can easily go to youtube and listen to it.Only thing i cant do is burn it.

It would have to be youtubes fault for getting you sued cause they are suppose to get rid of that stuff before you do get sued.
