cant seem to make a wad file in wally

hi
i tried to do my own wad file and i followed what its says here

but when i add a picture it gets only black when i allready haev done the bmp file ready.

Make sure that the bitmap isn't too large and that its sides are multiples of 16, preferably square (is that right Dean?).
