So i did everything according to the guide and i didn't get a error but it only said can't locate patch and shit like that.....
1 thing i dont have cs1.6 on steam or on a cd.... My friend gave it to me...it was riped off a cd and i think iy's cracked.... please help me i dont want to giveup making my own map and sharing it with my friends.......

the compilers need to be on the same drive as the map

I think the reason that it doesn't work is that its pirated.

Is this during compiling or in the game.
