So this really annoying thing is happening in hammer. Sometimes my cursor turns into a hand and i can't do anything but pan. Any ideas why the hell this happens?

So what exactly do you do to turn it into a pan? Do you left click and then press alt?

The thing is i have no idea how this happens. It's so annoying, can't create blocks or anything, but if i wait it just returns to normal after 5 minutes
