It means you have a huge brushes or/and it goes out of the worlds grid. Try to make a smaller walls or something.

I want to make a HL mod! Doing everythig with HL except coding C++ | its not interesting to work alone

Also, when you save to .MAP it can have a bug that makes some brushes "explode" and get really big. Check the .MAP file for GIANT WORLD-CRUSHING brushes if you can't find the problem elsewhere.
