This is brilliant. To cut a fairly long story short my computer (running XP) has once again managed to delete the drivers for the Belkin wireless dongle we have. I mean, how the fuck? I even did System Restore to the 27th, this is before I installed the new graphics card and its software (this is the most major change to have happened in recent times; TF2 looks sexy now, I'm pretty damn happy) yet it still complains despite undeleting everything I spent the last half-hour patiently deleting (specifically several unused programs and some folders on C:\. You know the ones it leaves lying around after it updates? The ones with the silly 32-character-string names? I had to boot into safe mode go on the admin account and change the owner, then delete them.) Of course after all this nonsense with the WiFi it is all installed again and the relevant folders are back! Excellent!
