when i try to play my new map that i made it says "allocblock full" what does that mean

cs shuts down and a message pops up and it saysd "allocblock full"

Sounds like its out of memory. Did you get any warnings/errors in the compile log? LOOK CLOSELY NOW.

uuum no just warnings for textures to big but i allways get that.

but i copied everything in the map and pasted it into a new rmf and now all works

ok new problem its called max patches and i donno what it means.

Max patches means you have too much surface in your map to do the lighting. Turn up your CHOP value in HLRAD:

hlrad -chop 256 yourmap

should fix it but your lighting will look crappier.

If you have warnings you should fix them. Especially before releasing your map. They aren't just there for the hell of it.
