ok i seen in certain maps such as , kz_sonic , and i notice that they have little chous that move when you move , can someone tell me how to do this????

if you ever played doom or duke nukem , there are objects that turn when u turn around cuz its only 2d

Ah, what you're looking for is sprites. You can insert a sprite in a map with env_sprite.

It's 3D, but the game draws a 2D sprite at the correct location and rotation relative to you because that's a lot less intensive than projecting lots and lots of vertices to the screen.
